disappointing room and service issues

dirty carpet mould marks
the breakfast offered a good variety of options.
the room had a dirty carpet and marks on the walls. paint was chipping off everywhere and the bed was very bumpy. the window also had mould.

i find the wedding venue is great. the event manager were very helpful to ensure the day goes smoothly.
i booked for an early valentines night away. website looked promising with words like luxury, but our room are not good. the bathroom was tiny and i cant use the promised spacious bath.
